Well, at last I can call them "kids!!!".
Common words used by teachers in school.
Did it ring any bells?

Today's my last day at work.
Last day meeting the children I've been teaching for 2 weeks.
I might be able to teach them in future, or maybe not.
So, let's see then.

The children are good at times and definitely devils at times.
They're like angels when they are good. So adorable, so cute.
But once they turn devil, HA! Climbing all over you like you're the tree.
There're still worse cases! Imagine it for yourself!

And if you're shaking your head with the most unbelievable imagination you can think of in your head right now, I urge you not to take up that job. You'll either land your bender in jail for committing murder or get your hands embrazing yourself in your arms for going bonkers.

Anyway, here are some pictures of the Angel'n'Devil.

Devil's devianct act! This is what I meant!
Almost broke my laptop into two!

Engrossed!

Deviant Act!

Jacky and me.

Fascinated by technology!

Some of the boys

Look at the times when they are Angels and times when they are Devils!
Bye boys and girls.
No more chocolate.
No more sweets.
No more Pocky.

It is better for people to hate you for who you are then to have people to love you for who you're not.

Please lead and guide the lost sheep to the promised path you planned that propers.
I will promise to try my best and I am counting all on you. Thank You.

"Courage is not the absence of Fear, it is going on in spite of Fear"

Be courageous for He is always there. Just go on and never give up!
C'mon! Awesome~

I am rejuvenated.
I am raging in fire
I am ready to COOK!

From these few days, I believe we've learnt an abundance of priceless knowledge.

As what Wee Keong preached a year ago, let's not just listen to what we've learnt and store it in our brains like how we shove our groceries we bought into the fridge.

Let's together turn on our blazing fire, heat up the wok and start putting all the "ingredients" that we have from the fridge into the wok and stir some dishes up.

Just throw whatever you've got in and have faith and trust in Him that you'll see a scrumptious dish and smell the aroma of His creation the moment when you remove the lid.

At the end of the day, whatever the result will be, praise God.

HA!
I guess the brothers are much more fortunate today.
Sisters are expected to report to church at 9.30am while the brothers will only need to be there by 3.30pm. That's not the point today but anyway, today's sermon was great. This sermon was meant to be for the brothers only but I think the topic isn't necessary surreptitious but rather beneficial that I share so that the sisters can learn it too. =D
(Also for the brothers and friends who wasn't there today)

Basically, there're 8 main points today and are shared equally by 2 country's leader- Malaysia and Indonesia.

1. 1st contact
2. acquaintance
3. to serve and go the extra mile
4. friendship
5. identification- be proud to identify yourself
6. clarification
7. exploration
8. bible study!

Today's date with Xiao Lin was awesome. She's a 3 year old christian.
Haven't really got a chance to encourage her much.
From thee start of the date till the end, she was mainly the one who encouraged me all the time.
What she had been through and all the tough times were 100x more than mine, I guess.
Her amazing life story taught me and made me realized that what I've been through was just a small little pebble that tripped me over.
The deep conviction in her was manifest by the way she encouraged.

Though her appearance may seem small and gentle
But the spirit and faith in her burns ferociously.

Tomorrow marks the end of SEA Conference 2007.
I pray that they continue to grow and always faithful!

Bye Japaneses
Bye Malaysians
Bye Americans
Bye Koreans
Bye Indonesians
Bye Mongolians
Bye all!

"I pray you be our eyes..... and watch us when we go....." (Song Title: The Prayer by Celine Dion and Josh Groban)

Oh my gosh! I was completely mesmerized by the voices of the sisters.
Great job, sisters! And teen sisters, you guys have been awesomee~

By the way, it's the second day of the SEA Conference.
Danish George preached about love-based evangelism today. Thought pretty much about it and I was pretty much impacted.
Of all the seeds that I have scattered, none of them seem to respond. It was a turning point for me today in regards to eevangelism. So many points made sense to me today.

I should perhaps just scatter as much seeds as possible, regardless of what soil I was given.
I should perhaps try harder and not compromise evangelism with any excuses.
I should perhaps do my best and rely everything on Him and trust in Him.
I should perhaps organize more evanglism hangouts too. (Amen teens?) WOOHOO!

Well, my blog marks the end of the day and anticipations for the wonderful tomorrow.
Today I made several new friends from KL campus and also heard a earful of increadible life storiesss..... It's simply supercalifragilisticexpialidociousss~
WOOT!

Tomorrow gonna be out on date with the KL teen sisters! Hope that it'll be an encouraging one.
So much for now!

Beebee loves me.

I wonder why and dont know why.
But yeah. I only know that beebee loves me.
But hey people, it might just be some
infatuation that's all.
Don't take it too hard.

HA!

what we could have been, 2:53 上午.

Today is an arduous but yet a fulfilling good day. A day when once again being able to work with the fellow campus brothers and sisters in church. Today is also a BIG day! The official day for SEA Conference 2007. I went to church early in the morning at 10am filling full of excitement and anticipation. Wondering how the Straits Hall would look like, brimming with people all over the world. The thought of the magnificent scene just blew me away.

In the afternoon, we simply just got the registration counters to be ready and set up. With the presence of absolute spirit of teamwork, everything was fixed within 2-3hrs.
Awesome~

At about 3 we started watching Battle Royale. Yeah, I know, it’s a gruesome Japanese sadistic show. It’s a non-stop movie hit of blood splattering, head axing, neck slashing, crouch stabbing and gun shooting. Definitely not suitable for faint hearted!

At about 5pm, people worldwide started to trickle in and deposit their luggage. People were awesome. They were warm and loving. The immense amount of joy and the gleeful faces portrayed at the moment when they see each other could never be good enough to be described with words. Awesome~

Definitely, the sermon went well. The ambience of the entire singing worship was incredibly awe-inspiring.

As excited as I am today, I am also feeling as excited for tomorrow’s service and fellowship.

A bit of nervousness too because I am singing in the choir tomorrow!
Ultimately, to God be the glory!

12th and 13th was two full “kid’s day”.

On the 12th, we set out in the morning with childlike exuberance, sharing one ultimate goal and that is to brighten up their day in their “mini jail” – the childcare.
Well, of course with the awesome accompany made up by Uncle Steven, Didi Shawn, Jeanette and her two friends, Mei Hui and Douglas. We visited a total of two childcares that day. =D

In the 1st childcare, there was this interesting figure who immediately caught our eyes when we step into the room. There is this kid who you might think that he/she cross-dressed. He has this long hair and is very girl looking. Just imagine a mini Paul Two Hill.

In the midst of the game, some kid squabble arose. At that moment, he was feeling full of indignant and was frowning, sitting at one corner. Then, as a “big korkor” in the childcare, I initiated to talk to him. I started the topic by askinghim why does he have a hairstyle that’s so rocker-like? And also ask him whether if he liked that hairstyle.

He immediately shook his head and said that it was all his mom’s decision. He also told me that he hated his hair because the other kids in the childcare love to make fun of him by calling him a girl. Well, under my wings of love, everything went well and he started to smile and regained the spirit in him!

Thereafter, he just couldn’t stop babbling about MapleStory. He just went on and on with MapleStory and more MapleStory. How niceee~

As interesting as his hairstyle, this is a 5-year-old boy name Denzel.

On the 13th, only me and me alone, I went over the 2nd childcare. A childcare I also went on the 12th.

Side Track:
Ohh, before that I actually went to tutor a kid who name Delberi. It was in fact my very first session with him. But never mind, I just received a call today saying that they prefer a female tutor. Flare out man! FIRED

This is my own view please don’t be too critical.
I just feel that the kids there are extremely naughty, hyperactive, corrupted in the mind and corrupted in the mouth. I just think that this is something that’s not very positive about childcare centers. It only needs one to influence the rest of the kids in the center, which I feel that is an crucial problem faced by people all over the place.

What to do?

Quoting what John Louis (2007) preached in the SEA Conference sermon, he said that “there are certain things that we can controlled and there are also things that can’t be controlled.”

Cannot be controlled: BAD word of mouth by the kids
Can be controlled: Teach ‘em about it or look out and stop them on the spot.

I think that’s just so much control measure can aid.

But still, they are so adorable in their own ways.

Joycelin said: "朋友是拿来利用的"
So, when she says that "朋友是因该互相帮忙的"
Then, you know what it means luh~

Things just got worse I guess.
But what's coming can never be any better.

"Tsk"

Why do we have to worry so much?
When you see the birds in the air and the fishes in the sea
live so happily each and every day.
They get whatever they want and to them life is like as if
it has been paved out long ago.

Likewise, I believe my life has been paved the moment I was born.
And, I will be like the birds soaring high in the sky;
like the fishes fighting against the current,
looking out for the right path and grabbing hold of
each and every opportunity that is there for me.

ALL THE WAYYY!!!! woot~! =D
