Korean dishes...
Below are pictures of some famous and pricey Korean cuisine.
#1: Olive
#2: Rice stuffed in pig's intestine and blood
#3: Chinese known as "san cheng rou" (三层肉-pork meat）

Well, the only one that tasted the most alien to my taste bud is definitely the raw sting-ray.
It doesnt taste at all like those you found in East Coast Park Hawker Centers that is grilled with a spread of sambal chille. Not only it's raw, the bone omits a peculiar taste of spiciness and ammonia choking sensation.
If you like Sashimi, you should take up this challenge and eat this...!!
